Following
the restoration of democratic government in 1986, the Philippine
economy went through a difficult period of transition which
lasted up to the end of 1991 when the early signs of recovery
took shape. Entrepreneurs and business managers needed focus
to steer their companies through the economic downturns of that
period, free of the administrative complexities attendant to
dealing with accidental risk and insurance.
In 1987, GTS Insurance Brokers, Inc. was organized, offering
comprehensive and innovative services in dealing with accidental
loss exposures and other insurance related problems. Combining
expertise in insurance rating and underwriting with risk management
approaches, GTS designed and implemented insurance programs
for its clients which proved successful in providing maximum
protection of their assets at reasonable costs.
Out of the experience derived from those trying times, GTS has
developed and honed a service capability which is recognized
today in Philippine insurance circles for its strong professional
commitment, high ethical standards, and financial integrity.
