Telemedicine services enable GTS clients to have remote consultation with physicians in the convenience of their own homes via video conferencing, phone call, or text messaging.
Besides reducing the chances of possible exposure to novel coronavirus (COVID-19) while outside, remote medical consultations serve as initial screenings to help decongest hospitals and unload frontliners during the current pandemic.

Meanwhile, Intellicare, Medicard, and PhilCare have mobile applications--Call Doc Medgate for Intellicare, My Pocket Doctor for Medicard, Kitika for Pacific Cross, and HeyPhil for PhilCare--that will initially take note of the user’s current condition through a series of questions then connect them to their respective physicians.
